Merger between Codectica Systems SARL and Nexum Technologies SARLCodectica Systems has the product rights to Phantom® and NetPhantom® along with the registered names and has continuously developed NetPhantom. Nexum Technologies belongs to the same group of companies as Codectica Systems. As a major change in the companies structure awaits for year 2010, the management has decided to merge both Codectica Systems and Nexum Technologies. The new name will be Nexum Technologies SARL and the product rights will stay within the company without change. End of life for NetPhantom® Version 3.9NetPhantom Version 3.9 will begin the end of life period of one year on 1st of January 2010. The product will be supported until the end of 2010. Immediate withdrawal of all NetPhantom® Versions 4.xIn order to remedy the confusion of the different NetPhantom versions 4, the management has decided to immediately withdraw NetPhantom Version 4.x from the market. It is replaced by NetPhantom Version 5.0 as described below. Release of NetPhantom® Version 5.0NetPhantom 5.0 is now released under the Nexum Technologies SARL name along with its copyrights and registered trademarks.
